Now that my mother is well, I want to let you and your wonderful staff know what a truly excellent job you all did in ensuring that my mother had round-the-clock help at her home for the last several years.

We were in desperate need for help after mother fell and broke her back, especially given her limited eyesight and advanced age. You personally responded to my frantic call for help in a matter of hours and had the help we needed. Equally important, you provided me with warm personal reassurance, which will never be forgotten.

As our needs for help increased Margaret and Pat were always unfailing in their quick, effective and warm personal response. The quality of the personnel you furnished was uniformly outstanding. In the several rare instances where Mother and an aide could not get along, a switch to a new aide was made immediately. The effort of you and the staff to find aides that could deal with mother, which admittedly is difficult, was exceptional.
